Free Self-Defence Class (Adults)

A FREE self-defence class for adults in London, hosted by Shinboku's instructors. Must be 18+ to attend. This class is open to all adults, whether they have martial arts experience or not. It will consist of awareness, pad-hitting and "streetsafe" skills which can be applied in any environment. Whilst Shinboku is a Karate club, this session will not be a traditional "karate class". However, it will be an opportunity to experience the types of self-defence skills we teach as part of our syllabus. Please wear comfortable clothing, either sportswear or "everyday" clothing, but make sure that: (i) you can move freely in it; and (ii) as part of simulated self-defence drills, the clothing can be grabbed without being damaged.
